Specialty Industries Provides Free Dental Services to Employees and Community Members
For over 50 years, Specialty Industries has been a cornerstone of the St. Joseph community, embodying its mission to not only offer meaningful employment but also to support its employees in various aspects of their lives. Byron Myers, the current President/CEO of Specialty Industries, affirms, "We also try to help our employees in areas other than employment."
In line with this commitment, Specialty Industries has initiated a program to provide free dental services to its employees and the wider community. The program, which is available to anyone, aims to enhance access to vital dental care services for individuals who may face barriers to receiving such treatment. One individual utilizing the service is Brian Gentry. Brian said, “It can be hard to get to the dentist…this made it so easy.”
Specialty Industries invites its employees and their families, as well as members of the St. Joseph community, to take advantage of this valuable opportunity. The program will be running this week, offering a range of dental services through the renowned Elks Mobile Dental Unit.
The Elks Mobile Dental Unit program has a rich history, dating back to 1962 and Specialty Industries is proud to facilitate this initiative for the St. Joseph community. “This has been a long time coming and we are glad we were able to make this happen”, stated Mr. Myers.
