MASWM has established a password protected Resource Library in order to securely share sensitive documents or other information intended exclusively for members. We will generally notify members when material is added, but feel free to check back for new information.

To use the library, you will need to first digitally sign the form below to ensure you agree to the Library stipulations. Upon submitting your signature, you will then need to type the username and password which has been emailed to all members. Please note that the username or password may be changed for security reasons and you will be informed by email. Please do not share the username and password except to trusted staff.
