With a team of 100 employees, the organization, under the leadership of President/CEO Byron Myers, is a beacon of support, fostering a work environment that values diversity and empowers its workforce.

The collaboration with Robidoux Resident Theatre is a testament to both organizations willingness to enhance the lives of St. Joseph community members beyond the workplace. By providing an opportunity to attend "SpongeBob the Musical," Specialty Industries aimed to celebrate its team's hard work, creativity, and dedication.

"At Specialty Industries, we believe in not only providing meaningful employment but also creating a supportive and enriching community for our employees.
