Southeast Enterprises Employees Donate to Flourish Furniture Bank

Southeast Enterprises employees in Kansas City donated new and gently used blankets, pillows, and other home furnishings to Flourish Furniture Bank on Wednesday, June 28. The donation will help Flourish Furniture Bank provide essential home furnishings to individuals and families in need in the Kansas City area.

Southeast Enterprises gives adults with disabilities jobs and purpose. Southeast currently employs over 100 people in its workshop. The Associates are trained to package and assemble a variety of products from medical and veterinarian supplies to building point of purchase displays. The company is committed to giving back to the community, and this donation is just one example of their commitment.

Flourish Furniture Bank is a nonprofit organization that provides free furniture and home furnishings to individuals and families in need. The organization helps people who are struggling to make ends meet get back on their feet by providing them with the essential items they need to create a comfortable and safe home.

The donation from Southeast Enterprises is a great example of how businesses can give back to their communities. By donating to Flourish Furniture Bank, Southeast Enterprises is helping to make a difference in the lives of people in need.
