Member Information
To assist MASWM members to better serve Missourians with developmental disabilities, and the state as a whole, MASWM provides the following information for workshop managers and supporters:
- Best Practices for Workshops
- Referral forms with WIOA compliance: Boone Center developed these forms and have already been successfully using them for some time. Tim Gaine of VR approved them at the October meeting, and pointed out that they will work well in regards to streamlining the referral process. Thanks to our friends at Boone Center for sharing these with the membership:
- Best Practices Document: The list includes a variety of topics to include expectations for Member Organizations, Boards, Managers, and Staff across a wide variety of areas. (Note: a new publication is currently under development)
- DOL documents include PowerPoint slide notes from two presentations as well as fact sheets on overtime rules, etc.:
