Job One in Independence has launched a new program, READY.

The Careers READY service will provide longer term, employment- focused day programs that are person centered and allow each individual served to receive the training and support he or she needs to eventually attain Community Integrated Employment.

At the same time, READY will provide the community-based day services and supports required by the individuals and their family/support persons.

How READY Works

READY is a “braided” service that combines Community Integrated Employment and Day Services.

Braiding services creates a safety net that helps make the unpredictable nature of life and employment more manageable for people with complex needs.
