Fourth Annual Day on the Hill Planned for July 16-18

Missouri Day on the Hill is a chance for Missourians to speak directly with leaders in Washington, D.C., about issues facing workshops and legislation that impacts them. This scene from 2018 also proves the event is a lot of fun!
Organizers of the 4th annual Missouri Day on the Hill are asking for this year’s participants to RSVP as soon as possible.

The flight to Washington, D.C., will be on July 16 with the welcome dinner with other A TEAM members and families at 5:30 pm that evening.

Missouri Day on the Hill with Legislators will be 9:00 am to 3:30 pm July 17th and Hors d’oeuvres with the Missouri Society from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

The flight home is July 18.

Please notify the MASWM-MESA legislative committee of your intent to attend ASAP. We know things will change, but we need general numbers for planning for food and space requirements. Deadline for RSVPs is May 29.

They need to know:

  • Number in party.
  • Names. (contact numbers while in DC appreciated)
  • Flight information when available.
  • Hometown/Shop affiliation.
  • Number of hotel rooms required (provide room numbers when available).
  • Accessibility requirements.
  • Dietary restrictions.

You may book after these dates, but we cannot guarantee availability of space or special requests.
